As a 3D Visualizer at AOV Studios, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using 3Ds Max and SketchUp. You will work closely with our design and development teams to bring concepts to life and ensure that our projects are visually compelling and accurately represent our design intentions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop detailed 3D models using 3Ds Max and SketchUp based on architectural and design plans.

Create realistic renders that effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.

Collaborate with designers, architects, and other team members to ensure accuracy and consistency in visual representations.

Enhance project presentations with visually appealing and realistic imagery.

Manage and organize project files, assets, and materials efficiently.

Stay updated with the latest trends, techniques, and software in 3D visualization and rendering.

Assist in creating animations and walkthroughs to provide a comprehensive visual experience for clients.

**Qualifications**:
Proficiency in 3Ds Max and SketchUp for 3D modeling.

Expertise in creating realistic renders using industry-standard rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona).

Strong understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.

Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and composition.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas.

Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

A portfolio showcasing your previous 3D visualization work, highlighting your modeling and rendering skills.

**Preferred Skills**:
Knowledge of post-production techniques using software like Photoshop or After Effects.
