Social Media Content Creator

-### *Key Responsibilities*:
1. *Content Writing*:

- Develop engaging social media content (posts, captions, infographics) to promote training courses across platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

2. *Video Script Writing*:

- Write creative and concise video scripts for *YouTube, **Instagram Reels*, and other social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging and tailored to the target audience.
- Develop both short-form scripts (30-60 sec for Instagram Reels) and long-form scripts (3-5 minutes for YouTube and other platforms).
- Collaborate with video production teams to ensure the written content aligns with visual storytelling and branding guidelines.

3. *Digital Marketing Strategy*:

- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies for software training courses.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to the website and course landing pages.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and Google Ads to generate leads for software courses.

4. *Social Media Management*:

- Manage and grow social media presence, including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create content calendars and schedule posts that are in line with our marketing objectives.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help increase follower engagement and course inquiries.

5. *Competitor Analysis & Market Research*:

- Conduct competitor research and analyze trends in the software training industry to ensure our content and marketing strategies are competitive and up-to-date.
- Identify new content opportunities and content gaps to improve engagement and drive more leads.

6. *Performance Tracking & Analytics*:

- Use tools like Google Analytics, YouTube Insights, and social media analytics platforms to track the performance of content and marketing campaigns.
- Regularly report on content performance (engagement rates, website traffic, conversions) and suggest improvements to increase ROI.

7. *Collaboration & Brainstorming*:

- Work closely with the design and video production teams to ensure content aligns with branding and marketing goals.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh content ideas and innovative marketing strategies.
## *Skills & Qualifications*:

- *Experience*:

- 2 years of experience in content writing and digital marketing, preferably in the edtech or software training industry.
- *Content Creation*:

- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to create engaging content.
- Ability to write video scripts for different formats (short-form for Instagram Reels and long-form for YouTube).
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content visibility.
- *Digital Marketing*:

- Experience with digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media scheduling platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
- Knowledge of building and executing digital marketing campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement.
- *Video & Social Media Skills*:

- Ability to write engaging video scripts for both short-form and long-form videos.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and best practices for content creation and audience engagement.
- Basic understanding of video editing tools is a plus.
- *Creative & Analytical Skills*:

- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and create content that resonates with the audience.
- Strong analytical skills to assess content performance and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- *Communication & Collaboration*:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and video production.
- *Additional Skills (preferred)*:

- Familiarity with course management platforms, LMS systems, and online course creation.
- Understanding of the software training industry and its trends.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
