A reputed real estate company is looking to hire a dedicated and experienced Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security of our residential properties. We are seeking a retired Army personnel with a strong sense of discipline, leadership, and operational expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise security personnel across all sites/properties
- Ensure the safety of residents, visitors, staff, and assets
- Coordinate patrols, gate control, and surveillance activities
- Handle emergency situations and incident reporting
- Maintain visitor logs, contractor entries, and guard duty rosters
- Liaise with local authorities as needed
- Must be an Ex-Army personnel with a valid service record
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security supervision (preferably in real estate or facility management)
- Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
- Ability to manage large teams and work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit, alert, and well-groomed
