**About the Job**:
**Title: Oracle Finance Functional requirement**

**Location**:Pune/Bangalore/Mumbai/Noida

**Educational Background** **:Masters/Professional Degree

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implementation and Support: Lead the implementation and support of Oracle R12 financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
- Requirement Analysis: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective Oracle solutions.
- Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Oracle Applications to meet specific business needs, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Training and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation and provide training sessions to users, ensuring they are proficient in using Oracle financial systems.
- System Integration: Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Oracle Financials with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Financials, providing timely solutions to minimize business disruption.
- Upgrade and Migration: Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations, ensuring mínimal downtime and data integrity.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Oracle Applications R12 Financial modules.
- Proficiency in Oracle General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and terminology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle development tools is a plus.
