**Job Description
- Architect**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local planning regulations.
- Manage project teams and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other construction professionals.
- Determine project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to set constraints.
- Adjust designs and plans to align with client needs and project requirements.
- Develop and present project proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct meetings with clients to assess their needs, preferences, and expectations.
- Oversee design projects from initial concept to successful completion.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: Up to 25k Per month
