Acting as contact points for all agency or organizational personnel.
- Liaison & collaboration with various Hotel, Airlines, Bus & Car services.
- Keeping lists of the agencies or personnel representing the person, agency or organization.
- Facilitating meetings and cooperation among people, agencies and organizations;
- Identifying problems in communications among these groups.
- Liaison with Marketing team to plan promotion campaigns, webinars, and other effective ways of client engagement.
- Developing and maintaining a detailed and up to date knowledge of industry standards and new developments in of Open Access publishing arena.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kolkata, West Bengal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
