**Job Overview**:
The Drafter will be responsible for producing detailed technical drawings and plans for various civil and interior projects for commercial and residential buildings, using computer-aided design (CAD) software or manual drafting techniques. This role requires an understanding of design principles, technical specifications, and attention to detail in order to support engineers, architects, or other technical teams in the development of a product or structure.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Create Technical Drawings**: Develop detailed plans and diagrams based on initial designs or sketches, ensuring precision and accuracy.
- **Utilize CAD Software**: Use CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, SolidWorks, photoshop, Revit, etc.) to create and modify drawings and blueprints.
- **Interpret Specifications**: Work closely with engineers, architects, and other team members to understand design requirements and project specifications.
- **Ensure Compliance**: Ensure that drawings meet industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
- **Collaborate on Design Changes**: Make adjustments to drawings based on feedback and modifications during the design process.
- **Maintain Drawings**: Organize and update drawings, including revisions and file management.
- **Create 3D Models**: In some cases, create 3D models of products or structures for visualization and manufacturing processes.
- **Documentation**: Maintain a library of drawings, documents, and project files for future reference.
- **Quality Control**: Review designs for accuracy and consistency, ensuring the highest quality of work.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: A degree or certificate in drafting, engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in drafting, CAD, or design is often required (3 - 5 years).
- **Skills**: Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks), strong technical drawing skills, knowledge of drafting standards, and attention to detail.
- **Communication**: Ability to work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers, as well as communicate technical information clearly.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address design issues or complications and suggest effective solutions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
