**Structured hybrid role**:
**Introduction**:
The desk is aligned to APAC business

What will you be doing?
- Pricing structured derivative products; Work closely with Sales to understand clients requirement and structure products accordingly
- Develop tools to identify market opportunities, build trade analyzers and generate trade ideas
- Utilize data analysis techniques to support traders on the risk management of trading book exposure, to develop strategies and to analyze PnL impact
- Conduct Analysis for desk related to risk taking, turnover, market making efficiency etc.
- Ad-hoc data analysis projects that deliver actionable insights to the desk
- Leverage in-house pricing tools to create custom analytics and commentaries on market parameters
- Involvement in trade analysis - historical backtesting, scenario analysis, MTM sensitivity etc

**What we’re looking for**:

- Mathematics or, engineering-based degree
- Certifications - CFA or, FRM

**Skills that will help you in the role**:

- Understanding of financial markets and products
- Demonstrated ability in Python programming knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Data analysis libraries numpy, Pandas, Scipy, SKlearn
- Experience with graphing and web development frameworks like matplotlib, plotly, Dash, Streamlit
- Good coding skills with understanding of databases and hands on with SQL
- Excellent communication skills (oral/written)
- Ability to prioritize and manage large projects and take full ownership of assigned tasks
- Attention to detail and Aptitude for self-learning - Should be able to demonstrate a self-starting attitude
