A telecaller job primarily involves making outbound and handling inbound calls to generate leads, promote products/services, and provide customer service. Telecallers are essentially the voice of a company, connecting with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets and build customer relationships. They may also answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Proactively contacting potential customers to identify opportunities and generate leads. Sales Promotion: Explaining product/service features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases. Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints, and providing necessary information. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients. Data Management: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the CRM system. Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to team performance. Following up: Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹42,503.76 per month
