Epp Trainee

As an ERP Trainee with an electrical engineering background, you will have the opportunity to transition into ERP systems and software. You will assist in the implementation, customization, and troubleshooting of ERP systems across various business functions, such as supply chain, production, inventory, and finance. This role is designed to help you build a foundation in ERP technology and business process management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Learn the basics of ERP software and how it integrates into business processes.
- Assist the ERP team in the configuration and setup of the ERP system.
- Participate in data migration, system testing, and integration activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ERP system configurations.
- Troubleshoot and provide support to internal users experiencing ERP system issues.
- Assist in training employees on how to use the ERP system effectively.
- Document technical and business processes for future reference.
- Participate in regular meetings and provide updates on progress and challenges.

**Key Requirements**:

- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn new concepts related to ERP systems and business process management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,020.86 - ₹32,606.37 per month
