Crowe's Private Equity tax practice is expanding and adding top talent as a result. This team provides tax solutions to our private equity and hedge fund clients. In this role, you will have high visibility, opportunities for growth and professional development, and a collaborative team environment.

As a Private Equity Tax Staff at Crowe, you will have the opportunity to:

- Prepare and review Federal and Multi-State Partnership tax returns for clients
- Hep identify and implement tax planning and consulting opportunities/strategies
- Prepare and review tax calculations, review tax returns, and manage client relationships
- Monitor multiple client engagements as well as serve as a business advisor to the client
- Identify and assist with implementation of tax planning and tax savings strategies

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in accounting (B.Com, MBA, M. Com)
- Pursing CA/CPA preferred
- Minimum one to two years of tax experience in an accounting firm required
- Experience with pass-through entities and partnerships strongly preferred
- Proven engagement and staff management skills
- Effective writing, communication, and tax research skills
- Experience with tax technology a plus
