As a Jr Accounts Executive **,** you will be responsible for assisting in various accounting tasks and supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to kick-start their career in accounting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring accuracy and completeness of data entry.
- Support accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Help in reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Assist in conducting financial analysis and variance analysis as required.
- Support in maintaining compliance with company policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of accounting.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,035.64 - ₹15,000.00 per month
