Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
- Manage general ledger accounting and ensure accurate posting of transactions.
- Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax laws, and accounting standards.
- Support audits (internal and external) by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Guide and mentor junior accounting staff as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary 25,000/- TO 40,000/- Per Month,
