Professional Experience Required BigData Tech lead with 5 years of demonstrated hands-on experience in the Big Data solution and technical delivery areas and about 10 years of overall industry experience Responsibility # Lead a team of 8 to 10 team members with diverse technical background # Responsible for providing innovative solutions to complex problems related to migration of code from HDP to EMR # Understand the current implementation and come-up with a solution for migration # Working in collaboration with members of the development team, client SSE and other client stakeholders # Immense confidence and ability to see things to completion Technical Skills Required # Hand-on working experience on Spark, Python ,AWS ,S3, snowfla ke, Unix shell scripting and Hadoop environment. # Knowledge on working of EMR clusters. Prior experience working on HDP to EMR migration is extremely desirable but not mandatory # Develop ,Execute unit tests, collect and analyze data, identify defects and fix # Understand the SDLC and create relevant documents (i.e. peer review deployment documents ) as per customer expectation # Track and report and impediments # Proficient in AWS ,S3, Hadoop ecosystem ,Hive ,Unix Shall scripting, Python, Airflow # Agile (scrum) experience in live projects # Good knowledge of cloud technologies from the perspective of Analytical Solution # Good knowledge of AWS storage Soft Skills # Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking # Good communication and written skills # Good presentation skills.
