**Brief about the company**

Superplum is addressing Indian agriculture’s issues by building the country’s most sophisticated

supply chain for fruits and fresh produce in the country. The company is bringing together

multiple skillsets: agriculture technology, innovative software, IOT technology and hardware

design to provide a ground-up solution that works for both farmers as well as consumers.

A cloud-based management system and a consumer app helps consumers directly identify

where her produce came from and how. It enables shoppers to cross-check lab test reports and

even the temperature the fruit was transported at as well as farm-level quality parameters.

With the only seamless modern supply chain across the country, the company makes farm
- fresh cherries and lychees in Bangalore and Karnataka Badami mangoes in Delhi a reality.

With the backing of a list of wel
- known investors, Superplum plans to expand pan India in a

very short period.

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences across the channels.
- Interpersonal abilities to build rapport and maintain positive relationships.
- Thorough product knowledge: explaining features, benefits, and usage convincingly.

Work Items:

- Mark stores and promote brand.
- Handle RTV
- Understand inventory management.
- Handling offline promotion on ground.
- Do in-store promotions in MT.
- Visit offline GT stores and Mandi if required.
- Understanding inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,917.57 - ₹23,470.29 per month
