**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Communicator between the Teachers and Parents.
- Discuss any pressing matters with the Core Team.
- Effective management of batch allocation, various resources, collection of fees, tracking non-payment of fees.
- Maintaining Excel files related to Student Database and Fees Collection
- Independently handling all the Administration responsibility of the Educational Centre.
- Prompt in taking action, answering enquiry calls, messages & convincing abilities.
- Effective communication skills on respective WhatsApp groups or face to face. (when physical)
- Sourcing and communicating with vendors and organizing printing of books.
- Reviewing mails on a daily basis.

**Essential Functional Competencies**:

- Inter departmental coordination
- Computer Knowledge - MS Office

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- English (preferred)
