**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Present and promote the company’s products/services to prospects, addressing their needs and answering queries.
- Convert leads into sales by effectively persuading and negotiating with customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.
- Follow up with existing and potential clients to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions accordingly.
- Handle customer objections and questions in a professional and convincing manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies to increase sales performance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing (minimum of [X] years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
