Lab Technician

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Collect, label, and prepare patient samples for analysis.
- Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, ensuring accuracy and proper functioning.
- Analyze test results, maintain detailed records, and report findings to medical staff.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnostic results.
- Adhere to quality control and quality assurance procedures to maintain the highest level of accuracy and precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized laboratory workspace.
- Assist in inventory management by ordering and restocking laboratory supplies as needed.
- Comply with all regulatory and safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Stay up-to-date with advances in laboratory technology and techniques through ongoing training and professional development.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field.
- State-issued Lab Technician license or certification (if applicable).
- Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and procedures.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols.
- Prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
