**Qualification : Graduate / Undergraduate**

**Salary : 19,014/- CTC & 15,468/- Take home.**

**Attendance Bonus : 2000 from OJT day 1 onwards.**

**(There should not be any unplanned leaves)**

**Shift timings : 6am to 1am ( Rotational Shift for 9 hrs )**

**6 day's working & Rotational weekoff**

**Direct walk-in**

**Interview rounds : HR / Versant / Ops**

ROLE'S & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Issue Resolution: Addressing customer problems, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly.

Information Provision: Providing information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Order Processing: Assisting with order placement, tracking, and managing returns or exchanges.

Proactive Communication: Anticipating customer needs and reaching out before issues arise, enhancing overall customer satisfaction

Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner.

Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism.

Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Customer Focus:
Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.

Empathy and patience when dealing with customer concerns.
