**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Design Creation:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for various media including websites, social media, print materials, advertisements, logo designing, catalogs, and product packaging
- Create design concepts and mockups for new products and marketing campaigns.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Collaborate with Teams:

- Work closely with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand design requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Incorporate feedback and iterate on designs based on team input and project requirements.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new designs and campaigns.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure timely delivery of all design projects.

Technical Skills:

- Utilize graphic design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite - Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw) to create high-quality design assets.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing.
- Prepare and optimize graphics for various digital platforms and print media.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Corel Draw).
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Time management for the projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
