**Job Description: Okta IAM Specialist**
- Design and implement largescale enterprise level IAM solutions using Okta.
- Implement API integration with Okta for authentication.
- Automate provisioning of endpoints using custom provisioning flows, SCIM, or JIT capabilities.
- Configure Okta policies for global session, authentication, and authenticator enrollment.
- Set up org2org and SCIM configurations in Okta.
- Implement Okta workflows.
- Manage Okta agents, including Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS.
- Collaborate across functions to improve IAM solutions, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Drive identity governance initiatives and enhance role-based access control (RBAC) models.
- Support and resolve Okta related incidents, requests, and changes.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and configurations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to end users and stakeholders regarding identity management processes.
- Monitor and report on system performance, usage, and security issues.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of IAM systems to ensure security and compliance.
- Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on Okta functionalities and best practices.
- Strong understanding of Active Directory (AD) and LDAP.
- Experience with Okta agents, including Active Directory, LDAP, and RADIUS.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
