**Job description**

We are looking for professionals with extremely good English skills and with a strong background in education, especially in teaching English, who can contribute fresh ideas and help design impactful programs.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design English skills and life skills programs that are activity-based.
- Design and implement participatory, innovative teaching programs.
- Bring creativity and energy to the classroom to inspire and engage learners.
- Collaborate with teams to develop education initiatives that make learning fun and effective.
- Travel to various locations to implement and oversee programs.
- Tackle challenges with enthusiasm and resilience.

**Experience & Education**:
**Minimum 2-5 years of experience in teaching English or someone with good English skills, having experience in innovative teaching/learning.**

**Graduate, postgraduate, or research.**

**Skills**:
Exceptional English writing and communication skills (IELTS 8 level preferred; IELTS 7 acceptable).

Ability to work at the grassroots, with experience in working with rural and urban poor.

Ability to design and deliver creative, participatory learning experiences.

Deeper understanding of educational innovation.

Adaptability and willingness to travel for work.

**Desirable Qualities**:
Good English skills, with exceptional sentence sense.

A passion for making education engaging and impactful.

Creativity and enthusiasm to bring joy to classrooms.

Strong organizational and collaboration skills.

Pay: ₹296,081.34 - ₹700,996.27 per year

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
