**3D Architectural Walkthrough Artist (Part-time, Work-from-Home)**:
We are seeking a talented 3D Architectural Walkthrough Artist to create immersive, photorealistic walkthroughs of architectural designs. You will be responsible for transforming architectural plans into stunning, interactive, and visually compelling 3D walkthrough videos that showcase properties and buildings to clients. If you have a passion for architecture and 3D animation, this could be a great fit for you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create photorealistic 3D walkthroughs and animations of architectural designs, including interiors and exteriors.
- Collaborate with architects and designers to understand the concept and deliver accurate visual representations.
- Implement realistic lighting, textures, and materials to bring the walkthroughs to life.
- Render high-quality 3D animations that highlight key features and flow of spaces.
- Enhance walkthroughs with camera movements, narration, and background music to create an engaging experience.
- Ensure that all projects are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in creating 3D architectural visualizations, specifically walkthroughs or animations.
- Expertise in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and the ability to accurately represent real-world spaces.
- Experience with camera animation techniques and creating smooth, dynamic camera movements.
- Ability to create realistic lighting, materials, and textures for high-quality renders.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D architectural walkthroughs and animations.
- Good communication skills and ability to work remotely while meeting deadlines.
