Educational Counsellor

An educational counselor, also known as a guidance counselor, helps students with their academic, career, and personal needs. They can also help students develop skills to succeed in their chosen field. What they do
- Help students identify their strengths and weaknesses
- Help students set goals and develop strategies for success
- Provide career guidance
- Help students plan their educational goals
- Help students develop study habits, time management skills, and exam preparation techniques
- Help students address stress management, self-esteem, and interpersonal skills
- Help students develop strategies for individual improvement
- Monitor student body workloads and GPAs
- Collaborate with teachers and psychologists

Who they help
- Students facing academic or personal difficulties
- Students who have been suspended from school

Other responsibilities
- Provide guidance on course selection, career planning, and college admissions
- Assist in preparatory activities, such as academic scheduling
- Inform students about their academic and professional options
- Maintain accurate case management documents and notes

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
