Buyer (80-100%)

In this role, you will be involved in day-to-day direct and indirect procurement-related activities. As well as SAP transactions like creating PR, PO, 57F4 Challans, etc. You will negotiate with potential vendors. Follow up with vendors for on-time delivery of material. As a Buyer, you will monitor KPI and communicate the same to vendors on a monthly basis in order to achieve the desired targets. Keeping documents and records in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.

**Responsibilities**:

- Involved in day-to-day Direct as well as Indirect Procurement related activities.
- SAP Transactions like creating PR, PO, 57F4 Challans, etc.
- Negotiations with Potential Vendors.
- Follow up with Vendors for ONTIME Delivery of Material.
- Monitor KPI & Communicate the same to Vendors on a monthly basis in order to achieve desired targets.
- Maintaining Documents/Records in line with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Responsible for Inbound as well as Outbound Transportation.
- Compliance with local trade laws & legislation.

Your background
- B. Tech/ B.E or Diploma in Mechanical.
- Experience ranging between 3 - 5 years in similar industries.
- Experience in the SAP R3 MM module.
- Procurement and logistics Experience.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
