**Job Title: Brand & Marketplace Executive**

**Location**: Cherthala Office (2 Days Onsite) + Remote (4 Days WFH)
**Salary**: ₹25,000/month
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Working Days**: 6 Days a Week

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and skilled E-commerce Sales & Support Executive to join our team. This hybrid role will support our efforts in managing and growing our online presence, coordinating with seller platforms, and driving customer engagement through excellent communication and social media handling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Onboard and manage our presence on major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Provide seller support and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations
- Communicate effectively with clients and platform representatives
- Handle customer queries, returns, and complaints with a problem-solving approach
- Manage and create content for social media platforms to increase reach and sales
- Maintain accurate reports of sales, listings, and support activities
- Represent the brand in exhibitions or offline events, when required

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, online sales, or customer support
- Strong communication skills in **English and Hindi** (both mandatory)
- Familiarity with seller portals and social media platforms
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Residing in or willing to travel to Cherthala twice a week
