Quantity Surveyor

Review the project specification of the customers.
- Collect required design and technical details (TDC) from the Design department.
- Coordination with sales and marketing for technical clarifications or inputs from the customers.
- Update costing by checking with the suppliers and vendors for the current applicable rates.
- Prepare the scope of supply, technical and commercial terms and conditions.
- Timely response to technical and commercial queries raised by customers.
- Prepare the Technical offer and submit to customers to collect quotes from the vendors
- Prepare the budgetary offers as per the quote received from the vendors and suppliers and other costs.
- Submit the offers on time without any extension request.
- Discuss and follow up with the customers for an update, prepare the commercial offer and timely submission.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
