**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Purpose of the Role**:To deliver high quality training using an online platform, that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients.

**Job responsibility**
- Deliver high quality training that follows company methodology, and matches to the skills required by the corporate clients using an Online Training platform
- Training experience in **Data Analytics, Python, R Programing, SAS, Basic & advance excel, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning**:

- Regularly coordinate with the Training Manager regarding all training activities and process steps
- Enable the Counselor and Sales Officer to be more independent sales people
- Manage the early assessment process and implement growth plan for students, so their skills can meet needs of the corporate clients
- Work with the Regional Placement Manager in mid and final assessments to gauge employability of students
- Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts and greater acceptance of placement opportunities
- Engage with students and their parents and provide feedback on student?s progress and learning
- Work with Training manager to incorporate student feedback into future processes and content
- Provide regular feedback to the Training Manager on training content and the need for local customization

**Approach to Work**
- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates.
- Developing an in-depth understanding of the job market, centre operational challenges & student expectations in the Region
- Supporting the Centre teams in the Training process
- Maintaining a 100% Adherence to SOPs
- Building good and strong relationships with clients
- Build transparency with students throughout the training & placements process

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
