**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration in the website development industry.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective sales goals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and challenges to provide tailored website development solutions.
- **Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate forecasting, and consistent communication with clients.
- **Proposal Development**: Collaborate with the sales team, designers, and developers to create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our website development capabilities and address client requirements.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, providing insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
- **Performance Tracking**: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and client satisfaction, and report on key findings to senior management.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing, design, and development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives and ensure seamless project delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the website development or digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of website development technologies, platforms, and solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales plans.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
