We are looking for Apprentice Trainee - Welder for our state-of-the-art Sanand Manufacturing Plant. Trainees will go through a structured one-year training program and will be trained in various aspects of welding operations, fabrication processes, and heavy manufacturing practices.

**Qualification Required**:

- ITI - Welder (Fresher, 2024/2025 pass out)

**Essential Responsibilities**:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Performing welding operations (Arc Welding, MIG, TIG, etc.) as per shop requirements.
- Working on fabrication and assembly processes under supervision.
- Understanding and following welding drawings, symbols, and process instructions.
- Maintaining welding equipment and ensuring adherence to safety standards.
- Exposure to power generation repair workshop machinery & welding technologies.
- Supporting production teams in achieving quality and productivity targets.
