**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching & Lesson Planning**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons that align with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- Ensure lessons are engaging, interactive, and cater to the diverse learning needs of students.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a disciplined and positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Manage classroom behavior and implement strategies to address disruptions or conflicts.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive atmosphere where all students feel safe and valued.
- **Assessment & Evaluation**:

- Assess students’ academic progress through regular tests, assignments, projects, and other forms of evaluation.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and guide them in improving their performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress and achievements.
- **Individualized Support**:

- Identify and address individual learning needs by providing extra help or modifications to lesson plans as needed.
- Provide additional support for students who may be struggling or require specialized assistance.
- Monitor and support the academic, social, and emotional development of students.
- **Parental Involvement**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding students' progress, challenges, and achievements.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and conferences to discuss student development and collaborate on improvement strategies.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with teaching methods, curriculum changes, and educational technologies.
- Participate in school workshops, training sessions, and professional development activities.
- Contribute to the development of curriculum materials or school activities where needed.
- **School Activities**:

- Participate in extracurricular activities such as clubs, sports, cultural events, and school assemblies.
- Support the school’s initiatives in creating a well-rounded and enriching educational environment.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
