**Job Summary**:
The Commercial Bidding Officer is responsible for preparing, coordinating, and submitting competitive bids and proposals for facility management contracts. This role ensures that all tender documentation is accurate, compliant, and submitted within deadlines, while aligning with company strategy and profitability goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze tender documents and assess bid requirements for facility management contracts.
- Prepare pricing, cost estimates, and commercial proposals in coordination with technical and operational teams.
- Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to gather necessary inputs.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and legal/contractual terms.
- Maintain a database of bids, pricing history, and market intelligence.
- Support post-bid negotiations and contract finalization, as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial bidding, preferably in facility management or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes, pricing models, and contract terms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹16,490.18 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Banaswadi, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
