Job Title: Office Boy

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat

**Salary**: 10 k to 12 k

Job Summary:
An Office Boy is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the office, handling errands, and providing support to the office staff to ensure smooth operations. This role requires reliability, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Cleanliness and Maintenance:
Maintain the cleanliness of the office, including restrooms, kitchen, and common areas.

Ensure all office supplies are well-stocked, such as paper, pens, and other materials.

Errands and Deliveries:
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Run errands as required, including banking, post office, and other tasks.

Support to Office Staff:
Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing for conferences.

Provide refreshments to visitors and staff during meetings.

Perform minor clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.

Other Duties:
Report any maintenance issues to the office manager or supervisor.

Assist in various tasks as requested by the office staff.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.

Basic understanding of office management and procedures.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Reliability and punctuality.

Physical stamina to perform tasks such as cleaning and carrying supplies.

Working Conditions:
Full-time position with standard office hours.

May require occasional overtime.

Physical work involved, including standing, walking, and lifting objects.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
