**We are seeking a talented and dedicated Fashion Design Pattern, Draping, and Grading Faculty member to join our esteemed team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to inspire and mentor aspiring fashion designers, teaching them the technical skills and creative techniques necessary for success in the fashion industry.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Provide hands-on guidance and feedback to students during draping projects, emphasizing craftsmanship and design aesthetics**:

- **Develop and teach courses in fashion design pattern making, draping, and grading, covering both fundamental principles and advanced techniques**:

- **Teach students how to translate draped designs into flat patterns, incorporating proper seam allowances, grain lines, and fit adjustments**:

- **Create a dynamic and interactive learning environment that encourages creativity, critical thinking, and innovation among students**:

- **Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and assist in their professional growth and portfolio development**:

- **Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and advancements in interior design to incorporate relevant knowledge into teaching**:

- **Collaborate with fellow faculty members to develop interdisciplinary projects and integrate industry trends and practices into the curriculum**:

- **Participate in departmental meetings, committees, and other administrative duties as assigned**:

- **Proficiency in garment grading methods and software tools used in pattern development and scaling**:

- **Experience of 3-5years is must**

**Qualifications**:

- **Extensive professional experience in fashion design, pattern making, draping, and grading**:

- **Demonstrated expertise in pattern draping techniques, including both traditional and contemporary approaches**:

- **Proficiency in garment grading methods and software tools used in pattern development and scaling**:

- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for teaching and mentoring students from diverse backgrounds**:

- **Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity, collaboration, and critical thinking**:

- **Experience in curriculum development, course design, and assessment preferred.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,677.49 - ₹40,726.75 per month
