**Qualifications**
- Graduate from recognized School/College of Nursing
- BSC or Master Degrees holder
- Post graduate qualification in a Nursing Specialty if working in special care area
- Valid State or National Nursing/Midwifery Council Registration is a must.

**Experience**
- BSC with minimum of 8 years post registration experience.
- Master degree with minimum of 5 years post registration experience.
- She will work with center in charge and the medical director to make plan for placement of nursing staff including shift-in-charge, staff nurse, nursing assistants/care givers in different floors, their rotation plan, and maintain a satisfactory schedule.
- She will recommend personnel requirement and material requirements.
- She will be responsible for making nursing audit and take necessary action accordingly in working in conjunction with the center in charge and the medical director.
- She shall be responsible, at a company level, to assess the skills requirement of the nurses for the proper execution of the nursing services keeping in view the medical objectives of the organization.
- She shall be responsible for credentialing and privileging of the staff based on the skill set assessment.
- She shall be responsible to investigate reports of incidents, suspected infections, and patient / doctor complaints and resolves problems or makes recommendation for action.
- Counsel staff on personal and work problems.
- She shall also be responsible for the training of the nursing and the care taking staffs are ensured at the desired level of medical objectives/ service levels of the organization
