**Position : Early Years, Kindergarten & Primary School Educators**

We are seeking enthusiastic, caring, dedicated and creative educators to join our Junior Wing who are passionate about early childhood education and primary school teaching, and who will provide a nurturing, stimulating, and joyful learning environment for our young students.

**Role Overview**:

- Understand how learning happens.
- Develop learning environments that focus on social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth of young learners to help them become independent learners.
- Use creative teaching approaches to learning to engage students in foundational skills such as language, literacy, mathematics, social studies and personal development.
- Foster a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that supports positive student behaviour and encourages curiosity, exploration and thinking.
- Assess and track student progress through observation, informal assessments, and student work, providing feedback and guidance to both students and parents.
- Establish effective classroom management strategies that promote positive behaviour and create a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other educators, staff, and parents to ensure that students' needs are met and to support a well-rounded safe educational experience.
- Stay current with best practices and pedagogy.

**We Are Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ECE/ Elementary Education/related field.
- B.Ed. or teaching certification is preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in play-based or inquiry-based learning.
- Deep understanding of child development and early learning principles.
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- A nurturing, patient, and compassionate approach to working with young children.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students.
- Creative, flexible, and adaptable to the changing needs of young learners.
- Familiarity with using educational technologies and interactive learning tools.
- Commitment to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- Enthusiasm for creating a fun, engaging, and enriching classroom experience.
