Key Responsibilities:

- Accounting and Financial Management:
1.) Maintain accurate financial records using Tally Prime.

2.) Record day-to-day transactions, including income, expenses, and journal entries.

3.) Prepare and maintain ledgers, trial balance, and other financial statements.
- Sales Billing and Invoicing:
1.) Generate and manage sales invoices and ensure timely billing.

2.) Reconcile sales and purchase records to ensure accuracy.

3.) Coordinate with the sales team to resolve billing-related queries.
- Bank Reconciliation and Payments:
1.) Reconcile bank accounts and process payments to vendors.

2.) Monitor and manage accounts receivable and payable.
- Reporting and Documentation:
1.) Assist in preparing periodic financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.

2.) Maintain proper documentation for audits and inspections.

3.) Support senior accountants in preparing budgets and forecasts.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1.5-4 years of experience in accounting or a related role.
- Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Tally Prime/ERP System.

Knowledge of GST laws and experience with GST Returns (GST-R) filing.

Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Soft Skills:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
