We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Machine Operative to join our team at our rubber recycling plant in Oman. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery and equipment used in the recycling process to ensure efficient and safe production operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Machine Operation**: Operate recycling machinery and equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.

2. **Monitoring**: Monitor equipment performance and production output to identify and address any issues or abnormalities.

3. **Quality Control**: Ensure the quality of recycled materials by performing visual inspections and making adjustments to machinery settings as needed.

4. **Maintenance Assistance**: Assist maintenance technicians in performing routine maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.

5. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety regulations and protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

6. **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine downtime, production output, and quality checks.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing or recycling environment preferred.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of machine operations.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks.

**Qualifications**:
1. Ability and willingness to work shift work (day and evening), weekends, and holidays.

2. 3 or more years' experience in a in a manufacturing or processing environment, preferably in rubber recycling or molding.

3. Must be proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn about the unique aspects of rubber recycling and molding.

4. Mobile equipment operation experience or certification (forklift, molding equipment) is an asset.

5. Good communication skills in English.

6. University/College degree or operation training/certification is an asset.

MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE TO GCC - OMAN
