The firm projects range from renovation as well as new project design. The majority of the firms work is local but also has, many projects in other states. Our company is working at PAN India level and created successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools and villas located all across India. We work complete start to finish. We involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high rise building projects.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1. Responsible for making presentation for the owners in the form of M.S Office, presentations, 3D views for better visualization before getting it executed onsite.

2. Develop computer
- assisted design (CAD) concepts, sketches or models for approval.

3. Prepare manufacturing drawings specifications and guidelines for production and construct prototype of design.

4. Coordinator between principal architect PMC team, contractors.

5. Tracking day to day work progress at site and sharing work plans and work reports with the management.

6. Preparing time schedules and action plans for various interiors/ exterior activities on site for timely completion of work.

7. Taking part in client meetings & responsible for almost all interior work related decision making.

8. Preparing budgetary data for managements approval.

9. Responsible for handling a cold storage project as a project manager.

Prepare manufacturing drawings, specification and guidelines for production and construct prototype of design.

11. Consult with engineer and production staff during manufacturing stage.

12. Division head for solar EPC projects for 1+ years.

13. Preparing design presentation for research & development team for most of the companies engineering products.

14. Consult with clients to determine needs, preference, safety requirements and purpose of space.

15 Responsibilities for developing plans, elevations, cross sections and detailed drawings and advise on selection of colors, finishes and materials floor and wall coverings, window treatments, interior and exterior lightning, furniture and other items, taking into account ergonomics and occupational health standards.

16. Responsible for directing site work crew & responsibilities.

17. Was responsible for organizing 80% of the marketing campaigns through online and physical company showroom, site inspection, and closing sales.

18. Worked on product development for products like wardrobes, double beds, LCD Units, modular kitchen & office furniture.

**Salary**: From ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kirti Nagar, New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
