**About Client**:
A leading BPO organization

**Responsibilities**:

- Financial & Regulatory Reporting Associates will work closely with Operations and Allocations teams to gather necessary data such as Trail Balance, Appraisal Report, Cost Roll, Allocation file, etc. to compile financials statements in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (US GAAP), IFRS and other widely adopted accounting principles.
- The financial statements will include notes to the financials and associated tables/schedules.
- Reconcile the financial statements to the PCAP, and other types of client support data.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual regulatory reports
- Work under mínimal supervision and manages own time effectively.
- Identify errors and independently investigate; recommend possible solutions to respective managers.
- Participate in development and implementation of new process automation to continuously improve our deliverables.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent experience
- Two to five years of related experience

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Intermediate/working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Intermediate/working knowledge and understanding of portfolio accounting and the investment management industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
