Depot Incharge

**Operational Management**:

- Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the depot, managing staff, inventory, and logistics.
- Oversee loading, unloading, and storage of goods, ensuring that all items are handled safely and accurately.

**Inventory Control**:

- Monitor stock levels, ensuring timely replenishment and minimizing stockouts or overstock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.

**Team Leadership**:

- Supervise and guide depot staff, assigning tasks, training new employees, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operational flow.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Plan and manage transportation schedules, ensuring timely dispatch of goods.
- Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and customers to meet deadlines and customer expectations.

**Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure that safety protocols are followed at all times, minimizing risks of accidents or damage.
- Comply with relevant regulations, including environmental and quality control standards.

**Customer Service**:

- Address customer concerns or complaints related to depot operations, ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and shipments.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on depot activities, inventory levels, and team performance.
- Keep records of equipment, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- preparing sales and purchase invoices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
