**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Plant Head
- Coordinate communication between departments and assist in implementing plant-wide initiatives
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation in English
- Monitor plant performance metrics and support in data analysis for decision-making
- Schedule meetings, track action items, and follow up with relevant teams
- Assist in planning and execution of audits, reviews, and compliance activities
- Liaise with external stakeholders, vendors, and clients when required

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: MBA (mandatory)
- **Language**: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
