Roles and Responsibilities

- Helpdefine thepartnerbasewetarget forthisservices using pre-defined qualifying criteria and localknowledge
- Ownandmanageintegrationof portfolio ofsellersandhelpthembecome self-reliant throughbasic training
- Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to ensure partner success and hence retention
- Drive pin code level partner density ensuring a healthy category mix
- Coordinate effectively with partner teams like imaging & cataloging to ensure smooth partner experience and to reduce time to onboard
Job Specifications
Education
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
Experience
Relevant:
- More than 2 years of experience in Account Management / Sales preferably in similar industry
- Experience in an analytical, results-oriented environment with external customer interaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, presentation skills and ability to express thoughts logically and succinctly.
- Entrepreneurial drive and demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as per requirement to meet sellers and drive business objectives
Preferred:
- Experience working with e-commerce, SME retailers, advertising, or media.
- Deep understanding of the retail and wholesale landscape in India with prior interactions with sellers and distributors.
- Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
