**Public Cloud Solution-AWS / Azure / GCP / Oracle Cloud Solution**
- Cloud Architecture and Solution Design: Lead the development and implementation of secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures, especially on AWS, Azure and GCP platforms. Ensure that cloud solutions align with the unique needs of various business segments, including Public Sector, SMB, and Enterprise.
- Presales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic pre-sales plans to support business growth, achieve sales targets, and enhance client engagement. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored cloud solutions, articulate value propositions, and ensure the development of high-quality, competitive proposals.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of solution architects, helping them navigate complex pre-sales scenarios. Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
- Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across government agencies, public sectors, and enterprise clients. Engage with clients to promote cloud transformation and ensure that solutions meet both technical and business needs.
- Government Tender Management: Manage the end-to-end process of government tenders for cloud solutions, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Develop strategies to enhance the success rate of securing government contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, marketing, and deployment teams to ensure seamless pre-sales support. Collaborate with service providers and partners to deliver innovative, customer-focused solutions.

**Private Cloud Solution-Networking / Data-Centre Cloud Solution**
- The Presales Manager will be responsible for leading the presales team, collaborating with sales, technical, and service teams to architect and propose comprehensive cloud and IT infrastructure solutions. This role will involve providing technical expertise to support the sales team, helping to convince clients on the technical aspects of services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through solution design, documentation, and support during deployment.

**Solution Architecture & Design**:

- Architect and propose comprehensive IT infrastructure solutions, including data center consolidation, cloud (public, private, and hybrid), virtualization, and security solutions.
- Design solutions for infrastructure as a service (IaaS) based on customer requirements and analyze cost-effective options.

**Sales Support & Customer Engagement**:

- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and provide technical solutions that address customer business challenges.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with customers by understanding their business and technology requirements and providing tailored solutions.
- Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, and proofs of concept (PoC).
- RFX, Proposal, and Documentation:

- Manage and respond to RFX (RFI/RFP/RFQ) processes, ensuring compliance with bid requirements and preparing price proposals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, proposals, and presentations for both internal and customer-facing use.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with enterprise architects, delivery teams, and partners to develop robust, scalable, and high-performing solutions.
- Coordinate with the support and service teams to address client queries and ensure smooth solution implementation during deployment phases.

**Technology Expertise**:

- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitor offerings in the cloud and IT infrastructure space.
- Provide technical consultancy on cloud infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery solutions, network security, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and assist in any escalations.
- Provide ongoing consultancy and support to optimize client IT infrastructure performance.

**Required Skills**:

- Deep technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, including Data Centers, Cloud (AWS, VMware), Virtualization, Networking, and Security.
- Expertise in backup and disaster recovery solutions like Acronis Cyber Protection and Commvault.
- Hands-on experience with IaaS, private and hybrid cloud deployments, and data center infrastructure services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
