To serve as the first point of contact for walk-in and online students, offering course guidance, handling inquiries, and converting prospects into IELTS/PTE admissions while managing the front desk operations efficiently.

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. **Student Counselling & Admissions (IELTS / PTE Focus)**
- Provide accurate information about IELTS/PTE courses, training modules, and batch schedules.
- Counsel walk-in and inbound call/web inquiries regarding course selection based on career goals and English proficiency.
- Maintain records of student interest, counselling sessions, and enrollment progress.
- Assist in administering language assessment tests for initial student profiling.

2. **Front Desk & Administrative Operations**
- Greet and attend to walk-in visitors and students professionally.
- Handle daily front-desk operations including calls, registrations, and inquiries.
- Maintain student registration forms, attendance logs, and admission records.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, welcoming, and equipped with brochures/forms.

3. **Communication & Coordination**
- Coordinate between trainers, students, and management for scheduling demo classes, test dates, or counselling sessions.
- Communicate effectively with students regarding course structure, fees, policies, and certification.
- Assist in managing orientation and onboarding of new students.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Confident and persuasive approach with excellent presentation skills
- Basic understanding of IELTS/PTE structure and importance
- Well-versed in MS Office, WhatsApp Business, and Google Forms
- Ability to handle walk-ins and online inquiries simultaneously
- Professional appearance and attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
