Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare a variety of vegan and gluten-free dishes with a focus on high-quality ingredients.
- Craft diverse and creative salads with unique flavor profiles.
- Bake a wide range of goods, including gluten-free and vegan options.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas.
- Ensure efficient and smooth café operations.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** working in a café environment.
- Proficient in preparing **vegan, gluten-free**, and bakery items.
- Knowledge of creating **varied types of salads**.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
