- Key Responsibilities:

- Inspection and Testing: Inspect products at various stages of production, ensuring they meet quality standards, using tools like calipers, gauges, and micrometers.
- Defect Identification: Identify and document defects, deviations from specifications, and other quality issues.
- Documentation: Maintain records of inspections, tests, and any quality issues found.
- Reporting: Report findings to relevant teams, including supervisors and engineers.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and contribute to improvements in the production process to enhance quality.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as production, engineering, and management, to address quality concerns.
- Essential Skills:Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and precision in inspections and documentation. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Communication: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to report findings and collaborate with others.
- Technical Skills: Ability to use various measuring tools and equipment.
- Knowledge of Quality Standards: Understanding of relevant quality standards and regulations. In essence, a Quality Inspector acts as a gatekeeper, ensuring that products meet the required quality standards before they reach the customer.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹30,554.83 per month
