Validate and process invoices
- Close AP Sub-Ledgers within SLA timeframes
- Ensure Cost Accounting is 100% without exception in all Bookings.
- Adherence to payment timelines Accuracy in payment processing and posting.
- Reconciliation of Vendors in system vs Statement (SLAs)
- Invoices to be entered and submitted for payment approval by the invoice due date
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors
- Good Command over Excel and Microsoft Offic
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Navision will be a plus
- Working knowledge of ERP Finance modules
- Able to take sound decisions for betterment of process.

- Jaipur - 302021, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Accounts payable: 1 year (required)
