Retail Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Training Program Development**:
- Design and develop engaging training modules focused on product knowledge, styling techniques, visual merchandising, and customer service.
- Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of the retail team and store performance goals.
**Training Delivery**:
- Conduct interactive classroom sessions, on-the-floor training, and virtual workshops.
- Facilitate role-playing exercises and demonstrations to improve sales techniques and customer engagement skills.
**Performance Monitoring & Evaluation**:
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, observation, and performance metrics.
- Provide coaching and constructive feedback to enhance employee performance.
**Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness**:
- Ensure retail staff are well-versed in product features, fabric details, sizing, and current fashion trends.
- Train staff to convey the brand’s story and maintain consistency in customer interactions.
**Collaboration**:
- Work closely with store managers and HR to identify training needs.
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to align training programs with seasonal campaigns.
**Compliance & Standards**:
- Educate staff on operational standards, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising guidelines and store presentation standards.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail Management, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or in a similar role within the

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
