**Job Summary**

The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing the company's financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The role involves preparing financial reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Accounts Management**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, billing, and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledger accounts.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- **Compliance & Auditing**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and legal regulations.
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- **Taxation**:

- Support tax filing processes and ensure accurate reporting.
- Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory returns as applicable.
- **Process Improvement**:

- Identify opportunities to streamline accounting processes for efficiency.
- Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.
- **Coordination**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities when required.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Taxation: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Tally (preferred)
